1. Is there a minimum order required?

No minimum order required. You can order even just 1 item and have it delivered straight to your doorstep.

2. Where do you deliver?

We deliver within Metro Manila only. Orders with addresses outside Metro Manila will be automatically canceled.

3. When can we expect the delivery?

Delivery is scheduled the next day for confirmed orders received on or before the cut off time of 3PM.

4. How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fee ranges between P120-P300 depending on the total weight of your order.

5. Do you have Free Delivery?

No. Delivery charges will apply for all orders.

6. Do you do Cash on Delivery?

No. We implement a contactless delivery system for both your safety and our delivery partners. We only accept payments through BPI or BDO. Online banking is encouraged so you don't have to leave your house. GCash or Paymaya transactions are also accepted.

7. Do you accept Credit Card or Debit Card payments via Paypal?

Unfortunately, this payment method is temporarily unavailable.

8. What happens if I don't pay for my order before the cut-off time of 3PM?

Your order may be canceled. If you wish to proceed with your order, please email us at grocery@thesixpackchef.ph.

9. Items I want are out of stock. When do you restock?

Click the "Notify Me When Available" button for us to be able to inform you once the item has been restocked.
